Ordering/Payment
If you would like to purchase anything, you may easily and safely do so by using my shopping cart and the PayPal service, or Visa/Mastercard. Shipping is free for purchases over $100! PLEASE keep in mind that each item is one-of-a-kind -- there is only one of each piece. I want you to have a completely unique piece of jewelry! So, if you see something you'd like, please make sure you hit the "Add to Cart" button only once to avoid any potential double-charges when you go to pay. You will have a chance to review your cart before you submit your order for processing.
If you would prefer to pay by check, I'd be happy to accommodate you, simply e-mail me with the item numbers/designs that you'd like to purchase and I will send you an invoice via e-mail. Please note that your check may be held for a short time until it clears. Also, be aware that if you want to pay via Visa or Mastercard (and not go through PayPal), those are processed manually by myself.
Shipping and Handling
I generally use the US Postal Service for my shipping. However, at check-out you will also have the option of chosing UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Delivery (at higher rates) instead of USPS, - your choice. Shipping fees are a flat rate per shipment. Free Shipping on all orders $100 or more! Your item(s) will be mailed/shipped within 2 business days.
Insurance
Insurance is included on all shipments mailed via USPS at no cost to you.
Special Orders
I'd love to do a special order for you! Just let me know what you are interested in and I'll see what I can do! Also, If you need clip, rather than pierced style, earrings, I'd be happy to make or alter a pair of earrings for you in that style. I'll give you a quote before I begin any special orders. Please note that special orders will require a non-refundable 50% deposit for materials and you may not return your special order for a refund after it is delivered to you. During the design process, I will ask you lots of questions and e-mail you photos as the piece is being worked on to make sure you will be completely satisfied with the end result. If you should change your mind about purchasing your special order, you may cancel at any time prior to completion by e-mailing me, but you you will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Returns
I expect that you will be thrilled with your jewelry purchase(s). But, if for any reason you are disatisfied, please return the item to me, carefully packed, within 30 days. You must include a brief note of explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). In your note, please indicate whether you are returning your item for a refund, or a repair. If you are requesting a refund, I will cheerfully refund your money (less shipping costs, if applicable). Please note that special orders are not refundable, however I will work with you to re-do or re-design the special order if you are not happy.

The security of your personal and financial information is a priority. All your purchases from this site are protected via a secure (SSL) checkout system.
I will never make any of your personal information (order records, name, address, or e-mail address) public or sold to a third party, mailing list or marketing firm.
